Charles O. Omiyale

Brief History 

Charles Omiyale is an experienced IT consultant and business man. He is the Founder of COHMZ Consulting based out of Dallas TX. The company specializes in Software engineering and development (Mobile, Desktop and web), Training and Recruitment specialty. 

He is also a co-Founder of Samchar conglomerate based out in McKinney, TX specialized in real estate management, rent to own support and management. Charles has partnership business networks in some part of the Middle East and Africa. His hobbies are traveling, playing chess and soccer. 

He is a self motivator and passionate about motivating and mentoring aspiring young talents and entrepreneurs in ways to navigate their paths in chosen fields. 

He is happily married with children. 

Education 

Charles is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria where he obtained his Bachelors in Computer Engineering, he proceed to the the University of Houston, Victoria Texas where he completed his Masters in Computer information Systems. 

He has attended executive programs with the Harvard Business school in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Finance and Management of Business. 

Career 

He has built a wealth of experience in the industry cutting across various facet from Education, Banking, Wealth creation, Technology companies amongst other sectors Before setting up his own business, Charles worked as an Individual Contributor with: Houston Methodist Hospital, Texas, Tata Consultancy Services, Hewlett Packard, Comcast, PCG Consulting, Storage360, Learning A-Z, CDW amongst others. 

Religion 

Charles Omiyale is an Anglican Communion member. He is the current president of the Men’s Fellowship of the Anglican Church of Trinity(ACT), McKinney,TX, a position he held since 2022. He is also the Priest welfare coordinator of the church. He has been an exemplary leader in ACT, McKinney, TX
